Another streaming app is raising the prices of all subscriptions

Peacock is raising prices on all three subscription plans.

New customers will pay more immediately, while existing subscribers will see a higher bill from September 17.

The ad-supported Peacock Premium plan is increasing from $11 to $13 per month. The price of Premium Plus will change from $17 to $20. The Select plan, which offers a more limited selection of programming, will also increase from $8 to $9 a month.

Annual subscriptions are also getting more expensive. Peacock Premium goes from $110 to $130 a year, while Premium Plus goes from $170 to $200. Select will increase from $80 to $90 per year.

The latest increase comes after Peacock also raised prices in 2025, although the timing is particularly notable. The new tariffs come as Peacock looks ahead to a busy period for live sports.

Peacock carries Sunday Night Football, the entire NBA broadcast schedule, MLB and WNBA coverage, and the English Premier League. The new prices will come into effect just before the start of the Premier League season. The NFL regular season is also fast approaching, with the 2026-2027 NBA season starting in October.

It also relies on the service’s broader entertainment catalog to justify the higher costs. Subscribers can watch shows like Love Island USA, The Betrayers, Yellowstone, The Real Housewives, and Law & Order, along with movies like Wicked, Obsession, and the Super Mario Galaxy Movie.

Additional editions are in the works. These include Line of Fire, Traitors: New Blood, and Crystal Lake, the Friday the 13th prequel series.

Anyone who has already subscribed to Peacock has at least a little bit of breathing room before the increase appears. Existing customers won’t see the new price on their bills until September 17th or later. Meanwhile, new subscribers pay the higher rates immediately.
