As noticed Check the laptopuser X on ahenley17 announced what he was doing. Right now, if you want to transfer Pokémon from the Game Boy Advance era to the current Switch 2, you have to go from the GBA to the DS, then use the Pokémon Bank app on the DS to move your Pokémon to the cloud, then send them to Pokémon Home via the app, then retrieve them on the Switch 2.

The bad news is that once Nintendo pulls the plug on Pokémon Bank, that migration route will be closed forever. The good news is that ahenley17 has found a way to connect the GBA directly to the Switch 2 and send Pokemon trading. All they have to do is download the eShop version FireRed and LeafGreen Complete the system on Switch 2 and trade between it and the Game Boy Advance.

Now that their Pokémon are safe on the Switch 2, they’re ready to move on to Pokémon Home after the update. FireRed and LeafGreen decreases in October. If all goes well, they may have figured out a way to copy Pokemon without using the Bank. They haven’t yet listed any instructions for building your own at home, so keep an eye on their space for more information.
